Introduction to portfolio extension

Businesses are now more demanding than ever, and one of their major demands is for employee's work to be up to standard, as a result of this business have started to monitor their employees work and ensure that they are doing their work. The stake holders of this portfolio are the employees, the employer, and the programmers who made the software for monitoring. The people that will be interviewed are an employee who works in an organization and is being monitored, the employer who is monitoring him, and last is a successful Carnegie Mellon student who is studying programming.
